Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at CENTOLITE, sub-brands: PARTPHONER, ROTTOGOON, QIMH, Hamucd and WIHTU. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days.
- The product is in its original packaging.
- The product isn't used or damaged.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Sub-Brands Return Policy
- PARTPHONER: Lighting solutions, both outdoor and indoor.
- ROTTOGOON: Decorative and practical lighting products.
- QIMH: Varied range including magnifying mirrors, kitchenware, and home decor.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned unless they are defective, damaged, or damaged due to shipping. Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Products damaged due to shipping (no need to return)
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless instructed by a Centolite representative. For products damaged during shipping, please contact us directly at service@centolite.com to address the issue and facilitate the refund or exchange process.
Process for Initiating a Return
- Contact us at service@centolite.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your email.
- We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address.
- Pack the product in its original packaging and mail it back to us, including the RMA number on the package.
Please note: The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to us. We recommend sending your return with a tracking option because we cannot process a refund for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exceptions may apply for defective or damaged items, where Centolite will cover the return shipping costs.
